Get Over Your Fears And Start Taking Action On Your Success!

What do you need to get done? What about this task scares you? You can learn how to get rid of your fear. Just like you learned to acquire it. That’s right our fears are learned behaviors and can be passed memories once we practice self discipline a lot.

Commonly people experience fear of success, failure, poverty and loss of money. Sometimes these fears can make us not want to do anything. You’ll feel lazy or you’ll do anything for anybody to get out of what you really need to do.

Avoiding what you really want out of life isn’t going to make you happy. Do you admire someone in the same field as you? What would this task look like if they were to do it? Or what would you expect from someone, whom you assigned this task to?

Many fears disrupt our happiness, we just need to be aware of our surroundings and how we feel about the situation we’re in. For example a loss of a job and a lack of security, but if your aware you would be saving, investing and donating to charity 10% of every dollar you make. This will give you leverage over not having a job and some security.

Another fear would be embarrassment or ridicule. Know that no one can make you feel or do anything it’s your body, your mind and only you have control over it. Hey, everybody has something to say. That don’t make it true and it doesn’t mean that you have to believe or buy into it either.

The truth is that theses and other fears can and will hold us back if you believe in them, but if you don’t believe; move pass your fear and move forward with your life.

Stress turned out to be the cause for most health problems. Know what can defeat stress? Meditation! Meditation is not only a great way to get rid of stress, but it's also used to reduce anxiety, depression, anger, lower blood pressure and increase your creativity. There are many forms of meditation and right now I am actively practicing 4. I sit quietly and watch my breath. At first this was hard. My mind kept wondering, I was sitting in thought. Now my mind still wonders some, but I think that I'm getting the hang of it. Hey, practice makes perfect right. Walking is my favorite form of meditation. I listen to a podcast while walking and when I'm done I feel relaxed. Gratefulness or Gratitude is another good one. When I get upset, I stop and think okay, what's five things that's good about this situation. This calms me down and makes me feel better. Like the saying goes happiness is a choice and I wanna be happy. Happiness just doesn't show up you have to produces that kind of energy for yourself. Visualization is the fourth form of meditation I practice. I have a vision board with pictures of the things I want and the things I want to do. The pictures are fun to find, cut out, arrange, pin up and their nice to look at every day. Because your only choosing the things you like and want to do makes this form of meditation a joy to have in your life. It wasn't hard making meditation a part of my every day life. Now I feel that meditation is the foundation to anyone's personal development. Hopefully you'll find a form or forms of meditation that's just right for you too.
