I Am That : I Say I Am
No one can give us an emotion to feel, but we can choose one for ourselves. Try only stating out loud the things you truly want to happen, be cause we are what we think.
When I was younger I always heard Pop Eye say: I Am what I am. Then I found out that God said it too. We’re all made in God’s image so the I Am affirmation must work for us as well.
I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.
In any business, project or adventure I was about to take on. I always thought that anything is possible, because everything has to do with our mindset.
I am at peace with all that has happened, is happening, and will happen.
Being grateful is a mindset. Having a seemingly bad day? I bet you can at least find 5 things to be grateful for. Here’s an example, I was in a restaurant parking lot about to pull out of the parking space. I looked left and right then I begin to move forward.
I heard a loud horn blowing at me. I stopped and looked to my left there was a car very close to mine. I backed, back into the parking space. The women started yelling at me. So I began to state out loud what I was grateful for in that moment using I Am.
I Am grateful that both of us are alright!
I Am grateful that both our cars are alright!
I Am grateful that I still have the ability to drive!
I Am grateful that I’m going home!
I Am grateful that I get to go home and eat the food that I ordered to go instead of talking to the police and my insurance company.
By the time that I got to my 3rd. I Am the lady had stop yelling and was looking at me funny. She got back into her car and drove off. I finished what I was grateful for, because I was grateful and being grateful keeps me from being angry.
I am blessed with an incredible family and wonderful friends.
You’re the average of the 5 people you’re around the most. No, one has control over you; because the only thing that we can truly control is ourselves. The average of 5 will influence us. So, don’t try to change other people we got to work on ourselves. Using I Am will work on us. Not us using I Am for other people. They have to also want things for themselves
Social Experiment: Think of 5 I Am affirmations. Set an alarm on your phone, for each I Am affirmation. Have the alarms go off every 3 hours. Example: 7am I AM AWESOME, 10am I AM CREATIVE, 1pm I AM CAPABLE, 4pm I AM CONFIDENT and 7pm I AM HELPFUL. Notice how you feel when each alarm goes off and how you feel reading the I Am affirmation.
